The National Land Commission Secretariat would like to notify that the land owners in the following local area plans (LAP) of Thimphu Thromde with excess/deficit land, not regularized till date should file an application to their LAP representatives on or before 18th March 2010, who in turn will compile and submit the grievances th the NLCS by 22nd March 2010.

The NLCS and TCC will meet the applicants on the following dates to resolve the issues, Thereafter the TCC and NLCS shall convert the existing agriculture land category to urban land catagory and no claims on chhuzhings and kamzhings, etc. shall be entertained after the consultation meeting with the applicants.

In order to address the issues effectively, the following programme shall be followed;

The National Land Commission is pleased to announce the vacancy for the following posts on contract for 5 years for National Cadrastral re-survey:

Interested Bhutanese nationals fulfilling the following criteria may apply to HR Section, National Land Commission latest by 16th March, 2010 with following documents along with application.

3. Medical fitness certificate                                       4. RCSC employment form

5. Copies of relevent training certificate                   6. Security Clearence Certificate

7. No objection certificates from the parent organization (For in service candidates).

The selection interview for the short listed candidates will be held on 18th March, 2010 at the National Land Commission Secretariat's General Conference Hall at 10.A.M. The short listed candidates will be displayed on the notice board of NLC as well as in our website on 17th March, 2010 in the afternoon.

 All the land owners under Core Thimphu Thromde are kindly requested to attend survey kindly been undertaken as per their prescribed dates published in the 31st July, 2009 kuensel issue.

NLC and TCC will not be responsible for land not surveyed because land owners do not turn up. The land owners not able to attend should send their authorized representatives with power of attorney. Any future requests for survey will be at the expense of the land owners.
